After careful consideration of past events, it appears that October and November will indeed continue to happen each football season. So while I understand not wanting to lose your coach, please stop falling for this every September and save yourself the money, as no one is actually going to hire him away when he ends 8-4 each year.

Atleast if Bob Stoops became our HC, he could stay 4, 5, 6 years and then maybe the coaching world will offer up a better choice of a HC than is out there right now. That's just my opinion but he could atleast be a stopgap to get us by for a few years.

They had a falling out several years ago due to Mark’s peyote addiction and insistence on wearing those pullover zip ups that are a little too snug.

Bob would not be a bad choice. Maybe he does no want to because of Mark?

Mark isn't really that good, the east is just that bad right now! That just give the appearance that he's a better coach than he is! UK is at it's peak and won't get any better than they are. All that's going to happen is the rest of the east will catch back up and surpass UK in a year or 2 and Mark will get kicked to the curb if he doesn't jump ship first! IMO
