Memory is fuzzy, but I recall what I think was a HC game vs the barn when Wayne Peace was QB. Called TO with :02 left on the clock and brought out the PK transfer who lost the starting job at the barn to beat his former team. THAT was a great game!

I hope we don't move HC just because it's LSU. I think it's a great HC game - don't back down!

We hired the guy.... on purpose... it wasn't just some freak accident... who was the OC of the 9-6 game vs LSU.
And we just brought back the guy who had us ranked 113th in offense.
IT IS GD BORING!!!!

Glover presented at senate and said the AA preferred that HC was not on the LSU game because it distracted the players....

You may be thinking of the '82 game where Gainey dedicated the game winning kick to the previous year's kicker Brian Clark - who got robbed of a FG at Auburn the previous year that would have won the game.
