Mrs51 is on a homemade Ice cream kick. She can eat anything and everything and never gain a pound. I made a churn for Thanksgiving and she wanted more so I made a half a churn Friday. Now I used to weigh 270 lbs but have spent the last few years getting my weight down to 190. I'd like to get down to about 170 but all I have to do is look at food and I gain weight.

Mrs51 asked me to write down the recipe for homemade Ice cream yesterday and when I got up this morning the fixins were on the counter top waiting for me. Got a churn going right now. I'm gonna get fat again.

Wait, are you hand-cranking the churn??? You know 'bout 'lectricity, right? Hand-cranking is for the grandkids. Let 'em wear themselves out. This is how you make homemade ice cream (runs you about $60):

Now if Mrs. 51 insists that there is a taste difference between a human-powered paddle and a 'lectric-powered paddle, I suggest you put that stationary bike that's been gathering dust and holding clothes to good use like this:

I've got 2 electric churns, a 4 quart and a 1.5 quart. I'm an ice cream master you know. Maybe I should get a hand crank, I could at least work off some of the calories.

Based on your Smack Talk Video, I’d say you’re in the 210+ range, not 190. It’s ok, I’m right there with you.

No actually I am below 190. That Tebow jersey I was wearing was from back when I weighed 270. I am just 5'8" so 190 is still overweight. My high school wrestling weight class was 156 lbs back 50 years ago. Considering the muscle loss that comes with age I would say I would be pretty lean at 150. So I could still stand to lose 30-40 lbs.
