Is it OK to stop calling Trask fragile?

I don't think there are a lot of people that could have a 300lb lineman hit the side of their knee at full speed, THEN walk it off and get back in the game after missing a series, THEN be called on to run stupid QB dive plays later in the game. Doesn't sound very fragile to me, or maybe it is only pointy clipboard corners that cause damage. I kid, I kid. Opine as you wish, as long as you agree with my correct point.

His heart isn't fragile. He sucked it up and went back out there hurt.

Need Crete in here to let us know if he can claim a medical redshirt for those earlier injuries, he can come back next year and lead us to back to back NC

I think Mullen doesn't like KT.

Those Qb runs were just stupid...

We and Kyle are lucky - gotta have luck when your knee gets folded that way. Or does S&C program helped with that luck. I just hope Kyle is not hampered by residual stiffness. Will he be braced up vs LSU? Will his poor mobility be hampered further?
I agree QB runs called by Mullen were stupid as offensive play-calls. Don't think DM has any animosity towards his winning QB?

If a 300 pound dude who runs 4.7 hits your ankle at speed, I dont care how much s&c youve done.

It is simply good or bad luck as to where they hit. Of course, the more you run, the more you roll the dice.

It appears his knee is strong, and his heart. Hopefully he doesn't drop anymore clipboards on his feet now that he's the starter.

I like Trask. I'm rooting for him. But, making it through a few games healthy doesn't get the fragile label removed. He has missed significant time every season since he arrived at UF. They were all serious injuries. It isn't like he missed time because his back is a little sore (Ramsey). The fact you raised the question shows how snakebit he has been. Let him make it through this season, then ask the question again.

I don't think the label fragile applies. As someone above stated, it's more luck than anything. A few inches in either direction and it could have been a blown out knee or a high ankle sprain or worse. You are right though, he does appear to be snakebit, I just hope that changes.
