And this is the most uninteresting match-up ever. I really hope it ends up in a tie and both teams are suspended from ever playing another game of football. I'm just turning my TV off until it's over, at least ESPN.

BTW: Carolina by 17!

:lol2: I can't think of any two players I would rather not watch play, let alone at the same time, than Cam and Goober...I probably won't watch either.

This is one super bowl I will not watch. I'll never turn on my tv and be forced to root for Cam Newton.

Forced to choose between that marble mouth from UT or a guy that aided in causing Meyer to have his little tummy ache and put our program on the skids, I guess I gotta pull for the former Gator. I can't stand Cam, but I wouldn't crap in Peyton's mouth if he was starving to death.

Happy as a Panther fan for sure. Cam has surprised me on not getting in trouble off the field, funding a foundation, even starting a family. The car wreck he had last year changed him for the better I believe. The celebrating is excessive at times, but as the old saying goes, stop him and he doesn't celebrate. I can't wait to see the Panther front seven send Peyton to the retirement home where he can hum his Nationwide jingle incoherently eight hours a day and have his Papa John's Pizza put in a blender and fed to him with a straw.

The only interest I will have is to watch the Carolina D crack Mr. Peanut head wide open. If so this might finish him off. Then Cammy will be there screaming into the microphone and asking...."what was that question you asked me"?

I will be pulling for the Panthers to win. Main reason is because of Greg Olsen. One of the few Canes that is not also a thug.

My dad lives in N. Wilkesboro and is a big Panthers fan so I know it would make him happy. That and hatin' on Peyton are about the only reasons to even care.

Why shouldn't it be an interesting matchup? It pits the league's top running team against the No. 2 team in run defense. It features Newton, who's a lightning rod for criticism and praise and the likely league MVP, and the old veteran, Manning, trying to erase the image as a chronic big-game choke artist. Looks plenty interesting to me.

And the idea of the team getting there in spite of Manning and then getting to the big stage and watching Manning flounder AGAIN, is reason enough for me to watch.

2 good defenses. I hope Cammie and Peyton are sacked incessantly during the game. But I will not watch.

I'd rather watch reruns of Gilligan's Island.

...like the one with The Mosquitos? Who were just trying to get away from the crowds?
And yet still left them stranded?

It's not the teams, it's the QB's that make me :barfaway:
