I'm not so sure. He is a null. They aren't exactly known for their intelligence.
There wasn’t enough cap for him and the GOAT, but your point is obviously well taken. He talks a big game and delivers a ton of blanks.

They aren’t paying Taysom Hill 10-11 million a year if they don’t think he is Brees replacement. So, your assessment is correct. He is basically the third stringer bragging about his greatness. It is amazing.
