Whenever you hear the phrase about a tip was received from the center for missing children (something like that), that’s the federal tracking center. They tag and trace any reported child porn. Then when they confirm it really is child porn, they sweep the web for anyone transmitting it. And poof, a bunch of raids across America. It used to be that the feds took over the case because it almost always crossed state lines, but the state is prosecuting more, now that we have this admin.

That makes sense if whatever account he used had auto fill in the browser. I don’t believe him, but it makes sense.

It’s not like the cops gave him advanced warning. They knocked, he answered and whatever shape the computer was in is what it was.

A 19 yo kid sharing pics of a 16/17 yo is messed up but not that big a deal. Same kid having and sharing pics of a 6/7 year old is punishable by death imo.

the misdemeanor charges lends itself to these were not prepubescent girls. A high profile D1 athlete has to know better than this crap though.

Just saw this. Jalen Kitna releases statement after being cleared of five felonies, pleading no contest to lesser charges

When this first came out, I was like everyone else, castrate him before you hang him. But if the state / feds can't convict him and drop the charges, then he deserves the presumption of innocence. The article says UF lifted the ban. If he truly is not guilty, I wish him well.
