I think some of you read a different article than me. It said he was flagged because he had a nude picture of a underage girl and he immediately admitted to having that picture and turned over all his devices. But it also says it was only a partial picture and there was no way to tell she was underage. I didn't take that as a picture of a naked kid but a picture of a teenage girl that looks like a grown ass woman.
Also to speculate he's guilty because he took a bullshyt plea deal is silly. Who wouldn't take a 6 month joke probation with everything dropped instead of going to trial and costing your family hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees and still have the chance to get railroaded again at the end.
I've never been tried criminally but I've been in a year and a half long civil suit that went to a 6 day jury trial. I won the case because I didn't do what they were accusing me of and didn't have to pay them anything but still had to pay a little over 85k in legal fees just to prove my innocence. Like others have mentioned, our legal system is a mother fucher, I learnt that first hand the hard way.
True story, the second attorney I hired on my case was charged about 8 months later for child porn. His "plea deal" was 4 years of pound me in the ass prison.
