For starters, pictures of a prepubescent girl having sex with an adult male. You’re free to go back & read the rest…and contrary to what you said, the reports that first came out made it sound like he was active in kiddie porn chat rooms. I don’t know any 19 years old that does this. I dunno, you may roll with a different crowd.
And this is from a un-substantiated source but you quote it like it's testimony given under oath???????

That's somebody's opinion, that's all but you bought it......

Do you want to share your UFO stories with us? :lmao:

No, it’s actually taken from arrest reports, warrant applications, etc.

Your name is befitting of you. Like, I’m getting ready to take a deuce.

pennlive.com.......... very reputable source you have there..... LOL

And USA Today & the Tampa Bay Times, pulling information directly from arrest reports & other court documents. It’s pretty much the same information that you’d get if you went to the court yourself and paid the 25 cents per page copy fee to buy it or purchased it online from the Clerk’s office. Apparently you’re not aware that pulling public records is a right of citizens here in America.

But you really showed me.

Arrest reports and warrants don't necessarily contain factual information.. I've had a few experiences with these and the stated "facts" usually are the first persons version. I've see a few where the arrest report was absolutely refuted by surveillance video.. Warrants issued on the stated facts can also be faulty.. I suspect with the outcome of this the slap on the wrist was to cover someone's butt on a hasty and faulty investigation...

I never said otherwise. The point is that the warrants & reports are from legitimate sources, not from some crackpot website like #2 was saying.

As far as a hasty investigation, the articles said it was a 7 month investigation, which doesn’t seem hasty. Not to say it wasn’t sloppy, it could have been. I’d really like to know how this happened because we don’t (and unfortunately won’t) have the full story.

, the articles said it was a 7 month investigation,
Was this before or after the arrest and warrants. Doubt the timing was reported.. Probably after several months of investigating post arrest they figured out they couldn't prove any of it hence the deal....

Obviously they were all wrong.....

If they had any proof, they would have gone for conviction.

His plea deal was for disorderly conduct in court! This whole thing was a screw-up from the very beginning.. Never should have been charged and then the plea wouldn't have been necessary.
What a travesty, compounded by those who would destroy his life over unfounded speculation.

The news orgs I mentioned weren’t wrong; they just reported the story based on the information in the public record.

Maybe you’re correct that it was a screw up from go. I don’t know and I’d love to find out where & how this thing went so sideways.

The best you can come up with is a High School Sports editor from a Pennsylvania online news outlet? I'm sure he had the straight skinny. It's right in his wheel house.

Look dipshyt, it was reported by a boatload of outlets, including Tampa Bay Times, ESPN, USA Today, etc. I really didn’t think I needed to post links to all of them, especially when the article I posted references and links to some of the ones I just mentioned. Apparently, though, you’re not bright enough to figure this out yourself or you’re just being an antagonistic douche because everything I’ve said in this thread has been supported by independent sources so you’re left grasping at straws focused on some idiotic point about the website. So here are a few other links, embedded in the article I originally posted, you can read…and then you can piss off.

Think about this. A 7 month investigation comes up with disorderly conduct in court? This is either the worst investigation in history, or really crappy reporting, or blatant misreporting to get clicks. Anyway you cut it, it's crap.

A 7 month investigation came up with an arrest on multiple child porn felony charges. Then, we ended up with a plea bargain to a couple of misdemeanor disorderly conduct charges and the question is what really happened. I’m not sure what part of that, which I’ve said about half a dozen times, you don’t fcvking understand but apparently you can’t wrap your head around that point, so there’s no point in going back & forth with you on this anymore.

Never seen GIG so furious.

I think it's obvious now their 7-month "investigation" was a joke. They are trying to save face.

Re reading the Tampa Bay article I noticed this: "Kitna, 19, was arrested Wednesday on five felony counts of child pornography, which include the distribution and possession of child pornographic images that investigators said appear to be self-produced."

I think they thought he took the pictures (which would make him scum) and then later realized that he had only down loaded them. It would explain how a 7 month investigation turned into disorderly conduct.

Maybe they should have had their ducks in a row before ruining someone's life.
