The lack of urgency seems to flow to the team also. I keep thinking maybe McElwain is different in front of the team than he does for the press conferences, but then I see the team play and they don't always have the urgency I expect. It seems like the team sometimes takes on his laid back attitude when playing and that hurts us!

He seemed more invested and more involved in the actual game... maybe it translated. Most of the time this past season he just seemed to wander around aimlessly on the sideline, much like his offense did.

Maybe he will get his act together and hopefully we are surprised by a hire and some good recruits. Fingers crossed. Otherwise, he is gone next year.
