Lsu is better than usc. Usc is overrated because their talent pool is overrated. You are more likely to win a NC at LSU than at usc.

Both are. But Lsu is significantly overrated. Proof is in the pudding and they continue to get spurned time and again. Someone mentioned them being like a fat girl getting left out. The reality is maybe they just are that fat girl. This would be the third hiring cycle in a row that they settle for a third option at best hire. Maybe it’s the state and living in Louisiana, I don’t know. But they’ve been rejected more in two cycles than we have in the last five. The job clearly isn’t what they think it is.

My best friend is a sooner, so I hate this for him. But if Riley telling Lsu to eat a bag and going to USC means that Huepel goes home and leaves the vols in shambles also, all after we have our target locked up, I don’t know if there’s a better scenario imaginable.

As much as we always want to hope Stoops comes home. The truth is that OU is his home. That's his legacy. I have a feeling this burnt him pretty bad as Riley was his hand picked successor that he envisioned staying there for decades.
