Bianchi’s use of “gleefully”… all I can see and hear is ghey playwright and activist Harvey Fierstein yelling “I just want to be loved! Is that so wroooong?!”
If he (Bianchi) is so worried about the state of UF football under Napier being unfairly impacted by external pushback against woke policies then he should transfer from Sports and start doing an Op-Ed piece. Quite frankly, he hasn’t written a meaningful article on the Gators in quite some time, but it’s clear he’s up on his politics. And why sweat what Emmitt thinks, or the NAACP? The kids are getting paid like never before, nobody seemingly gives a shti whether they get anything educationally out of the experience, and on the current path collegiate sports are turning off a lot of folks who have previously helped to support them.
The way I’m seeing it, we’re now watching and supporting minor league teams whose rosters turnover faster than a hooker looking for $20 bill and to add insult to injury, we haven‘t figured out how to manage the whole NIL money accumulation and transfer scheme, much less how to attract enough better players and actually coach them up to be able to compete at or above .500 under our HC who runs his operation like the country’s largest K-Mart. Bianchi should be printing in large font “BILLY…LISTEN TO SOS AND GET BETTER…AND DO IT YESTERDAY OR YOU’LL BE OUT OF THE BUSINESS!” But he won’t. He’s still too busy trying to look like the smartest guy in the room and clearly he’s not. He’s still just the smallest.
