It would be a great sign if he could salvage this class somewhat. Not expecting miracles, but if he could get us in the top 20 to 15ish , and add some nice pieces through the transfer portal, that would be awesome. I also want to see him fill out his coaching staff with some good recruiters and solid Coordinators. The candidates that have been floated around so far seem promising.

1. Keep our good players out of the portal.
2. Raid the portal to fill in where we have holes.
3. Save this class.
4. Finish the new facilities.
5. Start the next round of facilities upgrades before the paint is even dry on this round.
6. Hire quality assistants who are monster recruiters.
