Gator script is 70's. The UF logo is 80's/early 90's.

I saw these pictures floating around somewhere on Facebook earlier this week and they're dreadful.

Gator script helmets are one of the most recognizable helmets in college football. No need to change them now or ever. I don't mind minor tweaks to the uniform here and there, but I never want us to become another Oregon. Tradition still has a place in college football, and I'm glad we don't get too caught up in that crap.

I don't mind some tweaking to the uni's but that's really extreme. That logo has got to go. I look at it and I think probation. We had some great moments in that era but there were certainly some dark times.

How bout using the new Gator head and the "F".
