I would pick the Seahawks but with Thomas and Especially Sherman hurting, who knows how healthy they'll be. Plus, the Pats aren't playing the Giants and Eli manning, so that's a plus.

With the distraction the Pats have with "Deflategate" I'd be tempted to change my pick to Seattle just cause of that! Although it could go in the opposite direction with the Pats now even MORE motivated and focused to go out there and beat the snot out of Seattle and prove they don't need deflated balls to do it.
