Correct, after the committee announces the playoff teams, and the next set of non-playoff major bowls they control: Fiesta, Peach, Orange, and Cotton

Dooley now reporting the only reason we didn't get Iowa in the Taxslayer Bowl [Old Gatorbowl] is because we have an interim coach. Bowl committee considered Gators to be 7-5 with Idaho game. That's why we're in Birmingham vs. the Pirates of ECU.
