So, yesterday was Palm Sunday for the Christian world, kicking off the days leading up to our Christ, Jesus bar Joseph, the Nazarene, being falsely accused, tried 6 times, wrongly sent to the Cross after being scourged and mocked, dying a criminal's death to atone for our Sin so that God the Father could declare those who accept that sacrifice Righteous. The most significant day in human history occurs after this fully human, fully God incarnation of the Most High is lain in a borrowed grave and arises on the morning of the third day, signifying Gods acceptance of His Son's sacrifice. I know some of us are believers and some skeptics and some outright deniers but this week, as you reflect on the death and resurrection of a Jewish carpenter from Galilee, ask yourself if you are ready to stand before God, the Just, the Almighty, the Creator and sustainer of the Universe, and declare to Him you are justified and righteous enough to be in His presence for eternity.
