I haven't heard any updates on these plans for months. The first link says, regarding the standalone football complex:

He’s affirming my hesitancy about Kelly.
The more I think about it and the more I see changing already, the better I feel about Mullen. I’m looking forward to him finally righting the mess Meyer left by applying most of the principles Meyer used in 2005 to reverse the laxity of Zookdom.
