I agree that it is completely out of hand now and unfortunately, there are gobs of apologists that will defend the decision to bolt versus buckle down and actually try to get better and win the job versus having it handed to you.
I must say that this is no different than the impatience and immaturity demonstrated in the NBA today. That is, "I am incapable of winning a ring on my own so I will join a super team and basically buy one."

Nobody wants to work for anything any more.

I can see it both ways...there's something to be said for sticking it out and trying to improve and win the job but these kids also only have 4-5 years to play college ball and there is only 1 ball to go around for the QB position.

If you have a situation where the offense changes a lot it definitely makes sense to get out for some QBs.

Heard on the radio today that our last SIX QBs have transferred. Disgusting.
