Kroenke stuck with his native city/state for a number of years and saw a minimal return.

He's the wealthiest team owner in sports over the years, valued at $9 B. (Of course it didn't hurt meeting Sam Walton's daughter while he was a ski instructor and then marrying her). He was very successful locating Walmart sites with his real estate business during the high-growth years.

His plans for Inglewood is the Taj Mahal. It puts the JerryDome to 2nd class and that was the best venue - by far - I've visited.

The stadium and project is going to be awesome. I wish hey were building it in Carson though because it's 15 minutes closer to my home and Inglewood is a real sht-hole (not that Carson isn't).
