Really random moment in today's Indycar race. Barber Motorsports Park in B'Ham, AL is a nice course with eccentric art placed around it. This mannequin has been hanging there for as long as I can recall. The cars turbulence must have caused whatever was holding it to give out. I had a similar thing in St. Pete when a good sized tree branch fell on the track by my flag station during the Grand Prix.
