Report: Georgia player accused of filming/sharing sexual encounter without consent to either

According to a report from Dawg Nation, Georgia redshirt freshman Detravion “Tray” Bishop was arrested earlier in the week on a felony charge for eavesdropping/surveillance.
The report said that on Wednesday, Bishop was booked at Athens-Clarke County and released an hour later on $5,700 bond.
That was reportedly from a complaint made on April 28 about an incident that occurred on Sunday, Nov. 5, which was a day after Georgia beat South Carolina.
Here was what the police report said (via Dawg Nation):
“The complainant wished to report that there was a student going around showing people a sex tape of her … without her consent,” the police report said. “… A subsequent investigation into this incident led us into determining that the crime of unlawful eavesdropping occurred on 110517. The investigation showed that Detravion Bishop had recorded [victim’s name] inside his dorm room without her permission and without her knowledge.”
Georgia acknowledged the reported arrest, and Kirby Smart said in a statement through a UGA spokesperson that “they don’t condone the alleged actions” and that “they’re investigating the matter further.”
The Dawson, Ga. native didn’t play in a game for the Dawgs as a true freshman in 2017. The former 4-star recruit’s status with the team has yet to be determined.
