Im just not a big juco fan and dont remember him as being particularly talented.

If you don’t remember him, that can be a good thing. It means he didn’t necessarily stand out in a bad way, which is all one can ask of a backup. Plus, he’s better than trotting out a true freshman.

On the field, what has he done wrong? Catch passes, make people miss, run wildcat, make a once-in-a-blue-moon pass, maybe even block?

Off the field - avoided boots, scooters, credit cards, bb guns, grabbing anyone by anything.

Yeah, good stuff.

Some good stuff here.

1. Greenard walked in the 1st day and knew the 1st play Grantham had on the board. He said very confidently that everything is the same as far as he can remember it from Louisville. Maybe a minor tweak here or there.

2. Everyone is going to know who Andrew Chatfield is.

It’s nice to hear someone who can actually speak well.

As to the McWilliams watch, some good news from 247:

there is hardly any physical dropoff in terms of size or length at the second string, where freshmen Kaiir Elam and Jaydon Hill began the day on Friday.

As to safety watch, less positive, though predictable news:

-- Defensively during walk-throughs, the starting lineup was as follows:

DE Jabari Zuniga
DT Adam Shuler
NT Kyree Campbell
BUCK Jeremiah Moon
MLB David Reese
MONEY Amari Burney
CB Marco Wilson
STAR Trey Dean
S Donovan Stiner
S Jeawon Taylor

CB CJ Henderson
