Thats great to hear. Meyer, despite his success which I appreciate until his post-Tebow years, never felt like “Florida” like SOS. We always knew Spurrier bled orange and blue. I think Mullen wants that, wants to retire here and gets the Florida fan base. I hope Gator Nation can reciprocate

His circuit around the fans sections, and their reaction, says a lot. I’m not sure there’s been a coach who wanted to win and get accepted as a Gator as much as this guy. I love it.

Probably the loudest game I've been to since the cock block. From the start to finish the swamp was rocking, felt a lot like a big game from the 90's.

‘97 FSU will always be my favorite. We left stadium and took over university ave. Completely shut the road down

This was my first game back after pretty extensive knee surgery. I was in Sec 14 (0bviously per my screen name) and probably sat for 10 total minutes all game. The softball size swelling on my knee was worth it. As consistently loud as I recall since 1999 Tennessee. Alumni side didn’t sit around me for any plays. In the 7 years I’ve been on that side of the field, I’ve mever seen that.

Edit - meant to mention that due to my knee, I stayed longer than usual after the game and saw the Mullen full field hype lap after the whole team was already off to the locker room. It was great to see. Hope someone got video of it.

Probably the most cathartic event of my life (sorry wife and kids). I’ve shared lots of stories about that game, including university avenue and a student standing on a limo ripping an FSU fans sweatshirt off his body from above and proceeding to burn it and twirl the burning sweatshirt. I heard that guy became an MD who posts on the Gator sites a lot.

By far the best atmosphere we've had there beginning to end in years. Whiny babies in Section 9 about wanting the row ahead of them to sit down...because the 54 rows in front of them weren't also standing. With that said, people were loud and I couldn't hear the music I had on blast on my phone when we were on defense (any extra noise, right).

Just got back was in my normal seat section 10. It’s absolutely different in the swamp for the first time in years everyone there knows we can compete and they were in to it. On the alumni side we had to stand all game. Our players jumping and dancing, their side just standing there. On the 4th down stop in the fourth Grantham was going nuts jumping and hugging players that really got the place loud.

It was very, very loud the entire game. My ears haven’t stopped ringing and my voice is gone. Probably the best atmosphere beginning to end since the Ole Miss game in ‘15.

I said it earlier this week, Bo Nix might have won in College Station, but College Station isn’t the Swamp.

One of the best atmospheres we've had in decades. A few of the LSU games over the years were good too...but this was different.

The students *and* alumni were fully engaged and the Swamp was rocking with noise from start to finish. Definitely affected Nix's concentration throughout too: he was just rushed all game long and never looked comfortable.

Go Gators and Thank You to all who gave us the advantage today.

It was humid and sweaty like a real swamp. It was loud, but I don’t think real swamps are. I saw a lot of orange and blue clothes. People were excited, then they were like “Oh no!” but then they were excited again so that was nice.

I sometimes doubted you were really an author, but nevermore after this masterpiece.
