Just wanted to let people know. I'm kind of excited, and wondered if anybody knew of any fun stuff to do while we wait for the game. He's seven also, so no bars.

Just throwing the pigskin while tailgating will be a blast for him.

Still remember my first, Friday, 11/23/79, day after Thanksgiving, 0-10-1 year against FSU, wore orange for the first time under Pell that day.

Show him the Statues (SOS, DW and TT), might be a mascot doing pix, Gator Walk, dance with the Hare Krishnas, tell him the story of when a brick falls out of Century Tower, ...he's 7? and be prepared to leave by halftime :hehehe:

The first game that I took my 2 boys to was the Georgia Southern game. Go figure.

My first was a beat down of Houston in the early 70's. I'll never forget it. My son's was a homecoming Vandy loss in 2011. Luckily he was only 18 months and he won't remember.

Not sure phan. You can catch the drum line as they march into the stadium with the band. You'll have to ask somebody that knows more about it than I do.

Just enjoy it. Many good items have been listed to do. Make it a memorable one. Hope Mac and the guys will do their part.

Follow the band out of the stadium after a game, the drum line performs in Turlington Plaza every time. It's awesome!

I'm putting it on my list this year, hopefully after a nice win. We're usually beelining back to the site to watch other games.

Totally understand. Only time I've ever done it was when a childhood friend was on the drum line. It's well worth it!
