Any idea how many FSU, Texas A&M and/or Tennessee sign? All three of those schools literally "just" got their head coach. Also would like to see how Kelly does at UCLA and Frost does at Nebraska.

I'll be surprised, and disappointed, if Jones picks FSU. Their QB situation is much, much better than ours w/ two sophomore QBs returning next year with significant starting experience. Unless one of those two transfers and Jones can't beat one of them out, Jones sits for a minimum of 2 seasons....minimum. He comes to UF and he has as good a chance as any of our QBs to start next year (hell, he has a better chance than probably Trask and Allen).

Do FSU QBs fit Taggart's offense? He runs a specialized offense as well.

Michael Clark...he's 18 for 18....not a lot.

That's all this year. I'm much less worried about it now.

Yeah, he runs the Harballs Never Pass Power Run Only offense.

I can't imagine it being attractive to anyone but large RBs.

No, we were always going to take at least two QBs.

The French kid certainly does (the injured one). Not sure about Blackman (he's tall and lanky). He got thrown to the wolves this year and had a mixed bag type season (still looked better than any QB we've trotted out for some time).

Either way, that's two QBs who will be sophomore's next year who have both started 10+ games. Jones would have to beat them out and/or have one of them transfer in order to see the field before his RS Soph or true Junior season, at a minimum.

There is IMMEDIATE playing time at UF for a star QB if he comes here. He can be THE MAN for the next couple of years. Mullens KNOWS how to coach QBs and can get them a Heisman and a top 10 NFL draft pick.

Yeah? Michigan average 50 points before they played anyone but Geo Schools and us. Does mean that he isn't running Harball's boring azz offense.

Considering our luck I expect him to go to FSU.

Looks like we'll get 10-12 today, right? That means we need another 13-15 in February? Van Jefferson is a transfer that will count toward the scholarship count, but we were expecting a full class. I also suspect we see another 5 or more transfers, either in January or after spring practice. I'm disappointed we didn't get Barnes or Montilus.

Bill King is saying Jones is leaning FSU, and he expects him to sign there at 11:30. Evidently Jones loves him some Taggart.
