Wright changed for me... The first year he played, he hit the line and tacklers with authority. The last two seasons he's been a more tentative "dancer." It's been frustrating
davis... yea, im really dissapointed he didnt get more carries :rolleyes:I was quite unhappy when he took carries away from Pierce and Davis this year, not to mention if Pierce and Davis were not to get those carries
Did anyone see EJ's ever-present tendency to pull the handoff back out from his RB's grip.? That RB had to worry-focus on keeping Emory from promoting a fumble just when they should instinctually be scanning for daylight to charge through. So, EJ hurt our drives in more ways than just floppy passing INTs and hesitation sacks. More than normal for your QB, EJ monkey-wrenched our offensive effectiveness. Just imagine our RB's dilemma having to continually worry about EJ forcing a fumble on them on any play.? All that happened right there with the onrush crashing through.
Yeah I had these same thoughts as soon as I saw this news. He knows the coaches and the system. Probably has a leg up on the other rbs. I wouldn't give up if I'm Lingard or Bowman. They will play 3 backs and they will all get plenty of chances.
ETN isn’t a transfer.Wright got hurt and may not even be full strength to start fall camp. We got the two 5* transfers, ETN and now MJ. We need bodies.
