I don't believe mullen is costing Pierce millions. He is getting enough carries to show he can play and his YPC is strong. If I am an evaluator I should like that he did not endure 25 carries a game.

What you said does not mean anything. Yes, Mullen stinks, badly. But neither Toney nor Pitts would say smullen cost them money. Verdict still out on AR for sure.

you want to know who goes in the first or second round? dudes with proven productivity.

you know who goes and rounds four through six? Mullen's players or Saban's backups.

you know who gets guaranteed tens of millions of dollars? the ones with productivity already proven.

None of his RBs will ever get first or second round. So if he goes in the fourth that's about where his RBs go anyway. More carries my help, may not. He could be injured or he could be proven to be incapable of 25 good carries. Neither of those help his position. Either way he's probably third or fourth round. Does mullen suck, yes, obviously.
