Tuesday Favorites….Candy Bar

We’ve done Halloween candy and chocolate but we haven’t done candy bar yet.

Don’t do candy bars very much, but if I had to have one it’d be a Milkyway or an Almond Joy. I would imagine that Snickers will get some votes, but I’d prefer the Snickers with almonds if that were the case.

100 Grand Bar (or in my youth the "$100,000 Bar"). Chocolatey, gooey, crispy goodness. Our executive asst. at work keeps a candy bowl on her desk with a mix of various candy. Lately she's been buying a mix with 100 Grand bars. It is a great challenge for me to walk by and not snag one. (Fortunately, they're one of her fav's as well, so they don't last long in the bowl.)

Thread feels a little discriminatory towards peanut butter cups. Why does everything have to be in bar shape?

On a side note, I've always wondered why they felt the need to denote the shape of the food on the wrapper. Oh, you mean that's not a disc or a powder?
