Tuesday Favorites... Pasta Dish

So many choices for pasta so it will be tough for most to narrow it to just one.

My family favorite is what I call “Fall on your face” pasta. It’s a heavy whipping cream base with Gorgonzola cheese, chicken, seasonings, artichokes and sun dried tomatoes. Poured over cavatappi noodles.

I usually order Shrimp Scampi if available when dining out at an Italian restaurant. Recently at home, we have made carbonara with linguine that was very good. Those two would be my favorites.
