Fitzgerald has been Bill O'Brien's S&C at multiple stops in college and NFL. Bill got a HC gig and made the call. Simple as that, but UF surely could have said F off you're under contract.

My thought too, but it’ll be longer than 2-3 years. At a place like BC, I’d bet a guy like O’Brien easily gets 4-5 years.

He's not the OL coach, that's Bobby Johnson.

Stapleton is the assistant OL coach. The NFL doesn't limit the number of on field coaches so they can afford to have someone useless bring coffee to the position group meetings.
