A couple of things: 1) Fisch is now in the Northwest so Del Rio will probably be viewed as some sort of cathartic hire in his role as offensive analyst; not really sure about any of them but if I had to bet, my money would be on Belichick’s kid and not the other two (so long as he’s not made a GM or the collegiate equivalent); and 2) If Lagway ever gets in a throwing slump, it’s good to know Uncle Rico’s around to bring in and get him back in line.

You cant hire a coach away from a decent P5 school. You have to hire from the dregs in Sunbelt or Mountain West, or some douche that every other teams avoids like syphilis who is stuck in Starkville.
