I have to say he has to be an excellent manager of time. To be able to coach a NC caliber team, recruit and take on the obligations associated with being a HC at a major program as well as write a book is pretty impressive......That being said I would still like to see Harbaugh kick him in the nutsack after beating his team on the field this year.

He discussed his theory on the Power of 9, meaning each position has up to 9 persons. Small unit leadership in military terms. Basically you play for the guy beside you than the guy against you.

He didn't mention anything about "elite privilege," which I think contributed a lot to the downfall of the UF program under his watch.

I dont care if he turned into tinkerbell and flew away in a dress, we won two NCs while he was here and it was ALOT of fun and for that I am thankful. Do I like how it ended? Of course not but that doesnt change the results. Coaches move on thats just what they do.
