2017 OL commit Kadeem Telfort isn't coming. He's going to Miami-FSU game instead. He's the only OL commit we have in this class and has been wavering for awhile.

As always, a curious absence of DTs and OL, except the OL who is committed firmly to Meatchicken. And five DBs.

Beautiful.

Yep...it's pretty damn concerning...Especially the OL! We have 3 DT's already committed and they will take officials after the season. The 4th DT (Tyrone Truesdale) we're after hard has a game. However...he and the other 3 already have already visited UF and a couple of them have been on multiple visits. We should be good at DT but we'll see what happens!

I'd like to see 5-6 DTs (including a juco or preferably 2). In Saban's system, you can play 3 DTs and a DE/hybrid--they do it on almost every 1st and 2nd down-- but you sure as hell can't play 4 DEs.

He probably doesn't want to have Summers as his OL coach.....

Wait, I thought I read that the Noon kickoff was the worst possible scenario? We're we expecting more than the 38 guys listed above and it shrunk to that list or are we expecting 1/2 of that list to not show?

I think you're talking about an article that a sentinel writer wrote.

This is one of the biggest recruiting weekends of the last three or four years. There are two top end linebackers in that group.

It was from that Marty Cohen article.

Ugh, the noon kickoff against LSU is a bad deal in so many respects, not only for the fans who lose a chance to truly tailgate before the most (only) significant home game on the schedule, but for the program as a whole. The early start delivers a major recruiting hit, because the Florida coaches had pointed to this game, generally a guarantee to be kicked off at 3:30 or under the lights, as the key contest for recruiting purposes. Many prime targets were expected to attend what was hoped to be a raucous atmosphere, instead it will be a somewhat tepid affair that many recruits who live a few hours away will likely bypass. Having to play a prep game on Friday night, the idea of making it to Gainesville for a noon kickoff, especially for south Florida recruits who will surely opt to go to Florida State-Miami, is a crippling blow.

2017 California LB Rayme Johnson has cancelled his official visit this weekend and now will visit for the "Little USC" game.

Expect more cancellations. This storm is dangerous and heading further west.
