I remember after SOS lost Big Game Bob that VT's DC Bud Foster was our first interest. Rumor was he actually accepted the job then got talked out of it by Bud Foster. I wonder how things would have been different if he had been hired. Better defense thus more championships? Foster would have followed SOS when he left?
