What is the worst customer service experience or the company that you dread having to call?

The IRS. Hardest place I ever experienced to actually get a human on the phone.

Comcast/Xfinity I’ve never had an issue “resolved” satisfactorily. Every time it’s a transferred-4-times explain the situation again each time that results in a “fix” that was worse than before it broke. You can tell the people hate working there.

Xfinity - even when you get someone on the phone the non-English speaking person just screws it up worse

Iberia Bank...Great Brach Service...THE WORST on line or Call In

Followed closely by Freedom Mortgage...They will lie over the phone. I filed a complaint with the State of NJ...Their Headquarters.
