Cage had the famous uncle.Afleck is great in The Town as well. That’s it.
I put Cage, Paxton and Bacon in the same boat. I’m not sure how any of them became stars.

He just isn't funny. Doesn't help that he's essentially the same character in every movie(though you could technically say the same about Vince Vaughn). But unlike VV, the character just isn't that good. Then throw in movies like 50 first dates where he's suddenly a ladies man, and that doesn't work either. Outside of Wedding Singer, I can't watch.
Guarding Tess too.I would like to present to the jury...
He was awesome in Leaving Las Vegas (Academy Award for that one... and yes, I know that doesn't mean he's a great actor just because he won it) - He's a hit or miss kind of actor.
I also loved him in Raising Arizona.
She was horrible. Her best scenes were the ones she didn't speak in.Of course that helped. But still, that only got him in. From there it should've been game over. That's basically what happened with Sofia Coppola. His career path should mirror hers and it doesn't.
Half way through my wife mumbled something along the lines of, "I cant believe I wasted our once a year movie together on this heaping pile of garbage"
I decided to watch a chick flick the other night with my wife that had Sandler and Aniston (Murder Mystery). Half way through my wife mumbled something along the lines of, "I cant believe I wasted our once a year movie together on this heaping pile of garbage"
I liked Nicholas Cage in “Birdie,” seems like he played who he really is. But Matthew Modine was pretty good I thought. I’ve enjoyed most of his films.
I gave this a like, but I have always wondered if he was kinda playing himself in that one.Watch Leaving Las Vegas. He was great in that one.
I'm proud to say that I've never seen a Kristin Stewart movie, but based off of what I've seen in previews, interviews, or random movie clips making fun of her movies, she appears to be the worst hyped-up actress ever. If she were actually attractive, I'd understand why she has a career, but I can easily find prettier women shopping at any Walmart on any given day.
I had to google her to find out who she was and what she’s been in. She’s hideous. How and why is she even in movies?
