3* U sure lands a lot of 4*'s but it will take 5*s to crack the top 5. Mac gets 2017 and 2018 because money. Just accept that. He'll go into 2018 either on the hot seat or with a contract extension. Kinda hoping beyond hope that we do well enough in 2017 that Nuss gets offered a job somewhere else. Unfortunately barring that I don't think Mac let's him go.

If Nuss lands Fields he can stay(there's no way he doesn't)...no Fields? Mac and Nuss are both fired after 2018. This year will be rough but it might be considered a rebuilding year. I know I am stretching it a bit but i am willing to go there. I need to see massive improvement on offense though. If not, I think both are gone.
