Another band that isn't on that list but fits is 30 Seconds to Mars... for a full year, I was subjected to listening to them in the 4 hour car ride each way from Kyiv to Shepetivka because it was the only CD in Elena's (my terp) Chinese "fake Mitsubishi SUV"... that whole time, I had no idea that Jared Leto was the lead singer until I saw them at Sziget Fest and was like, "Is that the guy from Lord of War/Requiem for a Dream???!?!?!?"
