He didn't "back off"...he got backed off. Miami doing what we should be doing w/ a couple of our deadweight recruits. Collins has been playing strictly OL at Palmetto and is apparently not very good. I would like to get Taylor from there though.

He has to look better than the 390 lb DT we have committed to us. That kid looks like he has trouble moving.

Watson is actually a BMF (no pun intended)! He just needs time in the S&C program. Watson is similar to Tim Smith, who went to Alabama last cycle.

Watson moves really well for his size. If they can get him to drop about 50lbs he’ll be a force to reckon with.

Since I know more than 5 offensive plays - I can be ruled out as the Offensive Coordinator.

LB/DE Naquan Brown decommitted from lsu. Do we have any interest? I know nothing about him other than he is the size of a safety. I would think that alone would put him on Grantham's radar.

That would be a top 5 get in the Mullen era. With the way our OL recruiting has been going, we need to hope for 1 sure thing and 3 or 4 projects (with one being a low 4 star or high 3 star). Braun was the "sure thing" from the last class, Gouraige was the 'sure thing' from the 18 class. It would be nice to get two solid 4-stars per class, but I ain't holding my breath with Hevesy.

We’ve offered his younger brother for 23 and the family is looking to move with him wherever he goes...Baton Rouge Norman or Gainesville? What do y’all think? LSU is trending away here and if it’s down to my son playing high school ball for two years somewhere why not Florida instead of OK?
