Sleep-deprived parents mistakenly feed baby ice cubes after misreading advice
The parents thought it was weird that their baby wouldn't eat the ice cubes they provided, but then later realised they were included in the advice as a serving size reference
On the poster, there was an ice cube to illustrate how much of a type of food to give them, such as one ice cube's worth of peas, two ice cubes worth of carrots, but in their sleep-deprived state, they read that wrong.
They thought they were supposed to be serving their baby two to three ice cubes a day, and only realised their error when they tried upping the amount as the baby grew.
