Sticking to guys who will get meaningful snaps:
Jacob Copeland - He's fast. But, I wouldn't say his speed is scary.
Xzavier Henderson - He's got good speed. Again, I wouldn't say he has elite speed.
Trent Whittemore - The same as Copeland and Baby Hendo. Fast but not scary.
Justin Shorter - His 40 time is 3-4 days.
As far as I can tell, Weston is the only guy on the team with genuinely scary speed but he is just an athlete. He has yet to do anything on the field. Burke looks great on tape but he is a true freshman. I don't count him.

Henderson was a track star in high school. His speed is definitely elite.

Honestly WTF happened to this guy? Former 5 star who just put on 50-60 pounds? Was he 170lbs when he was fast enough to be a 5 star.
