Will the real Dan Mullen please stand up? Oh, Nevermind, he’s shown us who he is, it’s just that more and more folks are starting to realize it, including myself. Admittedly, he lost me in early 2019 when we continued to play Franks, even though we had a better qb on the bench.

Here we are, two seasons later and it’s the same song, different verse. AR won’t start the game, Dancin Dan has all but guaranteed it by saying the qb situation hasn’t changed. The only hope is that Emory gets ejected for targeting or something bizarre on the first play of the game, and that AR gets the majority of the snaps because of something like that. Even then, I don’t know that I trust Mullen to not go ultra-conservative and run qb power all day with him.

In the preseason, I predicted a win for us here, but after doing my “evaluations this week”, I'm changing my pick.

Ugay wins, and it likely won’t be close.

I have not not watched this game(in person or otherwise) since 1997, with two exceptions being 2012 and 2017 where I already knew the outcomes. This year will be another one of those exceptions. It will be on, but I'm not giving it more than the occasional glance barring some miracle. Part of me thinks we make a few plays that keep it respectable, but also wouldn't be surprised if it's another 2017 where they want to pulverize because of las year. Either way, I see a loss.

Georgia’s offense is a little inconsistent so I just don’t think they capable of scoring more than 45 points on our stellar defense and I don’t care how great their defense is supposed to be, Dan is an offensive genius so let’s go with

In the postgame press conference Dan points out that we crossed midfield a couple of times and matched their time of possession so the game was much closer than it looked.
