@zach_goodall: Interesting that Florida opted for an interim DC with no coordinator experience over three coaches who have a coordinating background.

Christian Robinson’s got three games to impress this staff and the people in power at UF (or others across the country).

That almost makes it seem Mullinz is giving Stricknine the bird.

I was being sarcastic. Didn't think they would take me seriously.

Mullen is trying to get $12 Million at this point.

This is just another "f*ck you" from Dan Mullen to the fans. How in TF is this allowed? The good news is this practically assures Mullen is gone after Thanksgiving....

Just when I think Dan and Strichnine couldn’t be bigger douches, we get CR as DC.

As they say in China: “Ho Ree Fuk!”

Poster above is right: he’s looking for the 12 mil payout. What a motherphucker.

Too little too late. Swapping an old crusty dwag for a puppy....pathetic.

On the bright side, we won't have to look at Grantham's old shoe leather face anymore.

As if Stricklin is going to suddenly grow a pair over the hiring of an interim DC against his wishes. He’s too busy patting himself on the back for having saved Mullen and the situation at the same time.

I'm still blown away by CR being our DC. In just a couple of years this dwag goes from a GA to our interim DC. Dude is still wearing diapers.

Well theres only two ways to look at this:

1) Dan is trying to burn the place down on his way out.....and for being forced to fire fatass, he's sticking a middle finger up to everyone

2) Dan thinks CRob is a great coach and is trying to find a way to keep him for next year....

I hope its 1

I have zero faith that Dan is gone at the end of the season. I truly hope I am wrong. I expect these firings to be an excuse for SS and Dan to use as a way of convincing the pinheads in the admin offices that “we’ll get em next year”. But, I fully expect next year to be an even worse disaster than this year. The rest of the college football universe has Dan figured out. If he had fired Toad and hired a great DC 3 years ago, it could’ve paid off for him by protecting his high school scheme in some losing games; and maybe allowed him to learn how to be a winner. But as rosy as that sounds… it literally never had a chance of happening. Dan has no introspective capacity whatsoever. Dan is who he is. This was all bound to happen EXACTLY like it has. Many predicted this. It was so easy to see. Dan was always destined to be a mediocre coattail rider, who never had the chops to do anything alone, other than crash and burn.
