Tuned in late. With so much on the line, I’m relieved we went with Jones in place of Richardson.

Yes EJ is totally horrendous, but that 1st down and goal play call with 50 seconds left and 2 timeouts was Fkking horrendous. The play calling the entire half has just been laughable, but that call has me wondering how is it possible to not understand situation, location on the field, time and score etc. Why would you call a play with no hurry at all and have all your receivers be someone bunched in a 10 yard area? There is no north/south in that situation so the defense is already compressed vertically. You could run the ball there or if you must pass you throw a ball that might allow some isolation, etc. This is an example of not knowing what your players are capable of.

Neither one of these teams deserve to be in a bowl. FSU looks so beatable but these turnovers by EJ remind me of John Brantley’s performance against FSU when he threw 3 INT’s. So damn frustrating.

Really...there are some pretty bad bowls out there.

That's mullet's assistants. Doing the same thing he would if he was there. Epic Failure

We are extremely lucky that this game is tied. Unfortunately, I don't see us scoring anymore TDs.

Pretty sure AR is hurt. Went in for one play and came up hobbling without a significant hit.

With a half to play and a favorable outcome clearly up for grabs, it is apparent that we’re staring at a rebuild of the roster and the mindset. These are two areas that have been steadily sinking. Hell, Mullen put them about as low as I’ve seen. If you were looking for a quick turnaround, well, tough shti I’m afraid. Better hope that the next guy has a solid plan and the fortitude as well as the support to make it happen. Otherwise it’s still Groundhog Day on a continuous loop.

To be fair... It did get open. Trask would have made that throw just about every time. Emory threw it late and didn't put any zip on it. He's just bad.

That is exactly the point. You compressed the field even more than it was already compressed. It required and NFL read and an NFL throw before the WR came open. EJ is none of that. Every time he is flat footed in the pocket, nothing good happens. It is called knowing your players, their tendencies and also knowing the game situation. It is called an entire process, not an after the fact Monday morning QB.

What if we just stay in the locker room? That won't be as embarrassing as going out and playing another half like that, right?

My God
Now the announcers have devolved into talking about…..,,

D I V E R S I T Y

My god
Please make this shet stop
Mark Jones is that racist clown who said he feared cops, but gladly accepts a police escort to each game from his hotel. When he did an Atlanta Hawks playoff game this past spring in Atlanta he literally went full "ghetto/street" on air talking about ATL, etc. Boggles my mind why people cannot just simply do their job and stop making EVERYTHING about race.

If Jones trots out there for even a single play in the 2nd half the only conclusion I can draw is we are intentionally throwing the game.

Remember when I said a few weeks back that despite having been fired, Grantham was still calling the defense via text messages to Mullen…from a bar across from the stadium…with a plate of 100 chicken wings, a pitcher of beer and half a dozen Kamikaze shots?

Well guess what? Mullen is there with him this week.
