This is kinda why I struggle to see a future here. We're already talking about a 3rd DC. We need to hire an OC, special teams coach and fire one or both of our oline coaches. I mean , at what point do we decide it's Napier's fault? And then we have to decide is one recruiting class worth another losing season?
This. The talk about multiple staff changes on each side of the ball. It’s madness. The guy can’t coach . How many idiotic decisions does one need to see? The 4th down decision against the pups and how can anyone forget drawing up a shuffle pass for Zanders with the game on the line against Utah. 22 is a walk on and gets targets in a tie game in Q4 while better players sit or act as a decoy .The glaring special teams gaffes every week whether its a FG or punt being blocked . Then of course running the FG team on drawing the illegal sub penalty in the remaining seconds . There is no defending it’s because it’s bulls****.No team ****s themselves quite as often as a Sunbelt Billy Bob team.

The players have already quit. I’ve seen more physicality from six year olds playing flag than our men played with in OT. Our guys know he is a loser and he provides no incentive or motivation for them .
I don't agree with that at all. I don't see players quitting. I see players mismanaged

If we lose 5 in a row to end the season, I don't see how Napier survives. Its the same ole mistakes happening.

It’s amazing the guy can be this sh!tty at his job and he’s likely gonna get another year to make a ton more on the job blunders.

It seemed like after that ST debacle to end regulation, the team just folded and headed to the locker room mentally. Watching them in OT was painful. The body language and lack of effort made everyone know we were done. The defense... God, the defense. Yeeesh.

Then you must have missed OT and the two hand touch tackle attempts
I was there for the whole thing and sat in north endzone where OT was, douchebag.

They didn't quit. They are poorly coached.

Look I know someone pisses in your cheerios every morning but don't take your hate for the coaches out on the players

Fake news! Fake news! Go watch the tackle attempts again in OT and you’ll see no effort. They didn’t want to play and whose fault is that ? Let’s say you are right ( you aren’t ) but let’s say they were only mismanaged . Whose fault is it ? Is this teams primary problem sinking in for you yet ?

It may not have been as apparent in person, but watching OT on the TV was bad. I'm with you up to that point. But OT was awful. The team checked out after the latest ST abortion and were mentally on the bus after that.

Not according to Urgy. He thinks Billy is great and the kids played hard the whole ballgame . I’m certain he’s on board for a contract extension with the sunbelt dip**** . Beyond belief when you think about it

I can believe you guys or I can believe what I watch in person 50 ft in front of me.

The players didn't quit they were out of place and mismanaged. Of course that's on the coaches...I'm not going to blame players for coaches ineptitudes.

They weren't out of place on that 1st and 20 run by Jefferson. Every dang defender had hands on him. But he ran through all 11 of them straight up the middle for 20 yards. I'm not blaming the players bc after the disasters orchestrated from the sideline, I probably would end up providing the same effort too. We all probably would. But it was bad. Still love you tho bro!
