twas the week before WLOCP and all through the nation
they were kicking him around like he was an aberration.
HIs comments are scrutinized and pondered with disdain
Cause the man they call butters has caused us such pain
We have no chance in Jax the pundits have spoken
Our program is dead and completely broken
But this game by the river not normal at all
Its as if some magic has been put on the ball.
Dooley used it and abused it and caused us to cuss
then the HBC coach came and sent them home on the bus
So before you lose hope and drink till you stink
Remember this game can change on a blink.........

FUUUUUUUUUUUCK Gorja.................
That isnt a haiku either, coach.

Did you just call Treon a QB? :bwahaha:
I called him a 4 star freshman AllSEC QB.

You can admit that McElstain had no clue what to with him all you want but those are facts.

McElstain didnt know what to do with Grier either.

Congrats to our outstanding coaching staff:

UGA opens with largest betting margin over Florida in over 30 years

https://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/g...pens-largest-betting-margin-florida-30-years/

The betting line for the Florida-Georgia game on Saturday in Jacksonville opened up with the third-ranked Bulldogs as 14-point favorites.

That’s the largest line from Vegas favoring the ‘Dawgs in this series since 1985, according to Covers, as pointed out by SEC Network news editor Brandon Zimmerman.

Georgia has dominated the competition this season, winning each of its first four SEC games by 25 points or more.

Florida, meanwhile, has been struggling. The Gators are 3-3 on the season and have lost two in a row to SEC West opponents LSU and Texas A&M — both at home.

It has been a while since UGA put a beat down on Florida. The Bulldogs’ last double-digit win over the Gators was in 2007 when they won 42-30. Florida has won three in a row in this series, all by at least 14 points.’

That could certainly change on Saturday.

Georgia opens as 14-point favorite over Florida. This is the most UGA has been favored over UF in records going back to ’85 kept by @covers.

Is this saying in 1985 UGA was a 14 point favorite over us? Isn’t that the year we came into the game #1, don’t see how we could’ve possibly been considered a 14 point underdog in that one. What was UGA favored going into the 2014 game or 2002 game? They had to be double digit favorites in those games I’m sure.

No, it's saying they have opening betting line data going back to 1985, and this is the largest line since they started keeping records.

Cleveland, Toney expected to play vs. Georgia
Florida should have two of its explosive weapons back on offense heading into the Georgia game.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Florida should have two very key playmakers back this week against Georgia after a bye week gave them extra time to recover.

Receivers Tyrie Cleveland (high-ankle sprain) and Kadarius Toney (separated shoulder) are both expected to play.

"Tyrie and Kadarius are doing everything they can to get rolling," coach Jim McElwain said. "Ultimately we've got to wait for the trainer and all that come game time, which is why, I don't know, what would that be? Probable."

The addition of both would be a huge boost to an offense that has lacked punch with them sidelined.

Cleveland leads the team with 15 receptions for 326 yards and two touchdowns, while Toney has tallied 11 for 107 yards and also added 12 carries for 118 yards and a touchdown.

More importantly, Cleveland's return should help open up space for everyone else and bring back the deep ball element to the offense, something that McElwain noted would be a key factor against Georgia.

"There's a comfort level when you have that deep threat out there," receivers coach Kerry Dixon said. "They have to make certain coverage adjustments to him, which is a great asset to the offense as a whole. Look forward to having him back hopefully."

Meanwhile, fellow receiver Joshua Hammond is "very questionable" for the game with a back injury.

Defensive end Jabari Zuniga (ankle) and linebacker Jeremiah Moon (unspecified) are also expected to play.

Cornerback C.J. McWilliams suffered a hamstring strain and will be a game-time decision.

Cleveland and Toney are back! We got this!

(I doubt anyone will agree with what I am about to write here.)

I believe the Gators might possibly win this game. I think we can match their talent level at most positions - except for quarterback. If we can get an early pick, their freshman QB might lose some confidence. If they come in over-confident and we get a couple of turnovers, we could possibly win.

We don’t come close to the talent on that team. They have 2-3 NFL RBs, 2 5* QBS, and a top 5 defense that is big and fast. Face it, we’re 3-3 and they’re undefeated for a reason.

Get back on your medication before game time.

Fun game: Drink every time the UGA QB does a fake handoff and runs around the end of our D line. What's even more fun is our D won't learn from it and you'll be drunk by the end of the game.
