One thing that I wonder about corral. Why is every other team in the country not beating his door down. I mean hell. Even Alabama wouldn’t offer.

From what I've heard he comes with some baggage, attitude issues, a serious fight in HS, trouble coexisting with team mates & coaches. Some compare him to a Manziel and claim he didn't really de-commit from USC but rather was told to or they were backing out anyway.

But everything I've seen from him, which admittedly is just social media and local news reports seems very positive, and he seems to be succeeding and staying out of trouble in Long Beach.

We will start a freshman 100% book it and we need a few to compete. So see what corral can do. I don’t understand pushing him out with zero other options.

Whether or not Corral remains committed to UF or not, I am 100% certain that a yet unnamed JUCO will be our starting QB next season.

I won’t disagree with you. My bet is that nobody on our team now will be starting. Franks will definitely be gone. If he is ever at any point our backup and he comes in, kiss the game goodbye.

I’ve seen too much from franks to know he doesn’t have it. Even above mediocre qbs can feel/see a wr coming clean out of his break more times than not. He can’t see it EVER unless it’s the throw he already decided on pre snap.

I agree that Franks is probably done in Gainesville. But, I would not give up on him totally. If one of the directional Louisiana schools could make Driskel a nearly 4000 yard passer, there is a system somewhere for Franks, even if it takes a few more years. People literally cheered when Nathan Peterman left Knoxville he looked so bad there, and Matt Canada turned him into an NFL draft pick. So, one never knows about how things will look for a kid in 3 year. I just agree that it will not be as a Gator.
