You forgot basketball. I think he must hold every record at Milford High, but then he has been coaching there since 1958.Didn't UF have a QB named Kessler who was a star baseball player?
Guess it'd be silly for me to mention a college guy who starred in baseball, football, & track?
Gil Thorpe.
Not talking about Jim Thorpe?Didn't UF have a QB named Kessler who was a star baseball player?

I'm guessing that was a baseball game, from what I can remember of him as a QB, wasn't good. Who was a better QB, Perry or Donald Douglas?

"Thank you to the University of Florida for giving me the opportunity to extend my football and academic career on the next level, but after a lot of thinking I will be de-comitting from the University of Florida and opening my recruitment process back up. The University of Florida is still in consideration but I'm going to let God take over everything and and let him land him in the right spot. Respect my Decision."
It was a friend of mine who happens to be a football junkies opinion. Him and a few others. Graham said something about it on the radio aswell. Nothing with any real substance.@t-gator didn’t you say they were looking at him for more of an athlete role? Maybe the Beck pursuit has him reconsidering.

Gil Thorp is a cartoon character in the newspapers who coached at mythical “Milford High.” The comic strip has been around since the late 50s. Probably stored deep in your subconscious. I knew who you meant, tho I mocked you anyway.Didn't UF have a QB named Kessler who was a star baseball player?

Maybe this kid can move? He’s a non-pitching baseball player, right? As long as he’s not a 1B or catcher, should be pretty athletic.Somewhat concerned about this. Mullinz knows how to use a power back athlete at QB.
The last "prostyle" QB Mullinz had was Tyler Russell and he didnt have a clue what to do with him. Im not sure signing the next John Brantley is a great idea.
Time and time again, this year even, we ve seen that his offense doesnt work without a running QB. It is just too simplistic to work without the QB forcing defenses to send extra bodies in the box
