I used to do this, 30 yrs ago, for ROTC in high school. Boy how the technique has evolved...they are light yrs ahead of our best in the day. It's impressive. It takes hundreds of hours to perfect one simple move and the weapon is heavy.

IMO, the first guy was better but made 1 mistake and the 2nd guy had a bayonet which increases the difficulty and CG for balance.
